stand alone system The photovoltaic system stand alone represent the best solution in order to solve the problem of the energy net absence. It is sufficient to have a system with a solar photovoltaic panel, a regulator and a battery to bring electric energy in the most inaccessible areas. Indeed those systems are widely used in the survey stations and data transmission (on water way levels, on fire presence, climate, radio link …) Examples of applications: camper, isolated mountain chalet, water pump installations, solar lamp,…). The stand alone photovoltaic systems are indicated in case of absence of electric net connection (for example in mountain, in agricultural areas not served by the net, …).
