What is it?

The “scambio sul posto” defines the regulation of the way in which the produced electric energy is put on the net and not auto – consumed instantly, for then collect it in a following moment in order to satisfy its consumes. The service is regulated on the economic base of GSE as contribution, at market prices, of the energy exchanged with the net.

In the case in which the equivalent of the energy introduced in the net is higher than the energy burden supported by the user, the balance is registered as credit of the user that can use to compensate the energy burden of the next years. The producers that want to comply with the “scambio sul posto” must present instance at the GSE.

What to do?

In particular, the user of the “scambio sul posto” that wants to comply with the regime will have to access at the web site of GSE, area Scambio sul Posto, and follow the procedure guided for the registration that foresee the sending of technical, commercial and administrative information that are necessaries for the instance and of the next convention.

2010 news

Starting from the end of january 2010 have been inserted important news at the text of Scambio sul Posto. Between these it can be pointed out the possibility for users of “scambio sul posto” to chose the credit management for the next years and the money liquidation of the excesses. Besides, for municipality under 20.000 inhabitant resident and for the Defence Ministry is recognised the possibility to activate the “scambio sul posto” without the necessity that the point of introduction and the point of sampling coincides. In that case the total power doesn’t have to be higher than 200 kW. Another important modification provides that the Defence Ministry can make use of the “scambio sul posto” also for installation of more than 200 kW. The compliance at the mechanism costs 30 euro at years. It is surely convenient for privates and little and medium firms, when the electric energy can produce the photovoltaic installation.

This is surely convenient for privates and little/medium companies, when the electric energy that the installation can produce (in function on the spaces and on the building orientation) is lower or equal at that consumed. So it is possible to use the energy produced by the photovoltaic system asking at the net only the energy necessary to satisfy the energy needs at times in which it isn’t produced.
