energetic saving
The energy saving is a very important part of on energy philosophy, for what concern the economic part, and for the environment safeguard. There are different techniques for the energy consumes reduction. The saving can be obtained modifying the process in order to reduce the waste of energy or using technologies that can transform energy in a more efficient form or through the auto production.
There is a specific law that correct the energy saving in Italy, mainly in domestic and industrial buildings.
The D.Lgs. 192/2005 has taken in the european directive 2002/91/CE, that establishes a series of direct measures for the reduction of energy consumes of italian buildings, introducing the Building energetic certification.
Then two law devices has recently innovated the legal system about the building energetic requalification:
- the D.Lgs. 311/2006 modifies the energetic certification and the calculation methodology for the energetic performance of the buildings;
- the D.M. of 19 february 2007 foresee tax reductions for energetic requalification expenses of the existing building estate, considering the reduction of 55% for the expenses documented supported within the 31 december 2007 relative to interventions of buildings energetic requalification and identifies the tipes of admited expenses and the procedure to follow for the use of fiscal benefits.
The most important change is that the application of Decreto Legislativo 311/2006 is extended to all new and existant buildings.
To undertake interventions of energetic saving means:
- To consume less energy and to reduce heating and conditioning expenses.
- To improve the conditions of life inside the house improving the level of confort and of well – being of the people that live inside.
- To participate at the National and european effort of reducing the consumes of fuel of fossil sources.
- To protect the environment in which we live and to contribute at the reduction of the pollution of our country and of the entire planet.
- To invest in an intelligent and productive way our savings.
In order to save every year many fuel it is necessary:
- To reduce the heat dispersion in winter and the heat re – enters in summer through the wall, the floor and the roof of the house.
- To limit the hot air escapes through glasses and frames of windows.
- To reduce the temperature of heating inside rooms that are not used.
- To better exploit the energy inside the fuel planning, maintaining and regulating the heating and conditioning system.
All this mean to spend money in an investment that brings immediate saves on our bill.
