On Energy, basing on exclusives patents, plans, realizes and manages installations for the production of electric energy obtained by the flow water energy in little waterway and irrigation canals.

The system adopted by On Energy Spa permits to exploit the potential difference between two different point of a waterway transforming the potential and kinetics energy in electric energy without creating hitches at the flow of the waterway and at the fishing fauna life. The hydroelectric energy is a clean and renewable energy source (there are no emissions) because it exploits the possessed potential energy by the water masses.

The hydroelectric energy is obtained by the flow of rivers and lakes thanks to the creation of dams and of forced pipes. It is obtained exploiting the water fall through a height difference or exploiting the water current speed.

The installations can be:

At fluent water: the hydroelectric installations are positioned on the water way using big river water masses that exceed little heigh differences.

At area: the collected water in an area thanks to a flood control work or a dam.

At cumulation: the water is taken on quote through pipes.

The lake or artificial area water is routed, through forced pipes, on valley transforming its potential energy in kinetic energy thanks to the distributor and to the turbine. The kinetic energy then is transformed through an electric generator, thanks to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, in electric energy. In order to store the energy and to have it at disposal in the moment of higher request, it has been created hydroelectric power stations of piping and generation. In the piping hydroelectric power stations, the water is piped in tanks exploiting the produced energy and not requested during the night so during the day, when the electric energy request i s higher, it is possible to dispose of further water masses. These installations permits to store energy in the moment on which it is at disposal and to use it in the moment of need.

The hydroelectric energy is a renewable re source, available everywhere there is a sufficient constant flow of water, its contribution at the world production of energy is, currently of 18%.

On Energy is committed mainly in the micro – hydroelectric, a renewable source that is still widely to exploit, that includes installations lower than 100 kW power.

The advantages of these little systems are that the authorization for the water sample is not necessary, and that it hasn’t any environmental impact.

The potential of these little systems is not unimportant because it permits to exploit flows or current of water at low capacity.
