biogas
On Energy Spa is committed also inside the sector of biogas through the planning and the realization of systems for the production of electric and thermal renewable energy. The biogas installation is a renewable source system because it uses the gas mixture that is generated after the anaerobic decomposition of the organic substance for the motors and boilers functioning for the production of heat and electric energy. The installation is formed by ferment system, but a system used as biogas lung, by a generator and by the plant design necessary for the thermal and electric energy distribution. The plan foresee the possibility to recover the biogas produced by the degradation of the organic substance in order to produce thermal or electric energy. The exploitment of the produced energy brings not only energetic advantages but also environment advantages because it is avoided another carbon dioxide emissions.
The odor emission along the weaving factory of the biogas production it is voided thanks to the introduction of slurry inside the digestion system through a closed piping system.
Functioning The installation treats through anaerobic digestion the slurries produced by breed bovines. The biogas obtained will be used as combustible to foment the generator that will supply electric and thermal energy. The electric energy produced will be given to the distribution net according to what is foresee by the net manager. The heat in excess is recovered through some heat exchanger from the cooling liquid, from the circuit of motor oil and drainage gas, and using for the heating of the digestion system and of the attached firm structures.
Advantages of a biogas system:
Technologies Specifics technologies and installations has been developed through the use of bacterias in proper closed ferment systems that are able to extract big quantities of biogas from urban organic rubbish and from dung produced from intensive breeding, or also from purification muds and from industry and agricultural waste. The produced gas in this process can be used for the combustion in heating boiler or for the heat and electric energy production. The biogas is formed mainly by methane, so with the purification process and the separation of other components (for example carbon dioxide and sulphur), can be used as biomethane for the auto traction (methane cars and vehicles). This last application found success in countries of centre Europe as Switzerland, Germany, Sweden and also in Italy in experimental way, constituting one of the concrete promises inside the sector of eco – sustainable mobility.
